APG Capital to Move Forward on The Plaza at Rhamkatte Village Following Development Plan Approval in Holly Springs

The Plaza at Rhamkatte Village has been approved for an approximately 58,000 square foot three building commercial development at the intersection of Holly Springs Road and Bass Lake Road. The project will be comprised of office and retail designed around an expansive open-air plaza with construction anticipated to begin in the third quarter of 2021.

Located across from the Lowes Foods anchored Holly Springs Crossing shopping center, and immediately adjacent to the 2018 Market residential community, The Plaza at Rhamkatte Village will include a pair of two-story office buildings (20,000 SF and 30,000 SF respectively) and a single-level multi-tenant retail building that will accommodate tenant spaces from 1,700 to 8,251 square feet. The property is planned to create pedestrian connectivity between the nearby residential, civic and commercial areas, and offers an attractive, active open space for future commercial tenants and the surrounding neighborhood. The first phase will include construction of a two-story 30,000 SF office building, retail building and the plaza area. The 20,000 SF office building is available for lease, build-to-suit or can be potentially purchased as an improved lot.

Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham will exclusively handle the leasing of The Plaza at Rhamkatte Village. Moss Withers and Karah Jennings McConnell will lead office leasing with Jenn Olevitch-Roberson and Carla Trepper handling retail leasing.
