In 2014, Anthony Property Group contributed 5.18 acres of land from the adjacent Campus North Offices project and became a co-investor in the Meridian at Sutton Square multifamily development. Anthony Property Group partnered with Northview Development of Raleigh and built 187 apartments on the adjacent land.
