Seagate Village Condos

Anthony Property Group acquired and converted 850 units from military housing to condominiums. Anthony Property Group’s local partnerships and capital sourcing network were critical in securing approval by the City of Myrtle Beach. Wachovia Bank provided the financing for the Seagate Village project. The deal was truly the deal of a lifetime for all parties involved. Over the course of three years, $45mm of acquisition and development costs led to $80mm of unit sales. In 2005, Seagate Village was the largest condo conversion in the history of South Carolina.
